Please provide us with your gross income, time on the job, and contact information. Once we receive your application, we will run a credit report and we will be able to establish your debt ratios and tell you how much of a monthly payment you will be able to make on a mobile home.
FOR PURCHASE MONEY LOANS
The top portion of the application is information about the mobile home. If you have an MLS listing from your Realtor or Dealer, send it in with your application for a more accurate quote.
The funds to purchase a mobile home can be borrower funds from a checking and savings account, retirement accounts, and gift funds. Gift funds are accepted from a relative in order to help you with the down payment.
FOR REFINANCE BORROWERS
Please complete the mobile home loan application and let us know if you want a cash out refinance or to simply lower your interest rate. Include the date you purchased your home, you should have a registration card and that will give you the length, the width, model, and date of manufactured. Once we have the requested information, we will send you a quote with our best interest rate.

SUBMIT YOUR PACKAGE AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS VIA EMAIL OR FAX. INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.
*IF THE FUNDS FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT ARE GIFTED BY A RELATIVE, THEN A GIFT FUND LETTER IS ALSO REQUIRED.
THE RELATIVE MUST COMPLETE THE "GIFT LETTER" FORM AND RETURN IT BACK TO OUR OFFICE.
