The funds to purchase a mobile home can be borrower funds from a checking and savings account, retirement accounts, and gift funds. Gift funds are accepted from a relative in order to help you with the down payment.
FOR REFINANCE BORROWERS
Please complete the mobile home loan application and let us know if you want a cash out refinance or to simply lower your interest rate. Include the date you purchased your home, you should have a registration card and that will give you the length, the width, model, and date of manufactured. Once we have the requested information, we will send you a quote with our best interest rate.
